SHIPPING

We offer FREE SHIPPING within Australia.  Items are delivered by Australia Post and are delivered within 2-7 business days via express or registered post. Registered Post requires a signature, if no one is home to receive the package it will go back to your local post office for pick up. All orders will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving payment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also ship worldwide to most destinations, via Australia Post. For our overseas customers a flat shipping rate of $20 will be charged. Some packages may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on how long it takes to clear customs. Any extra charges including duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

Moho Silver strives to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.

If you wish to return or exchange product because of a change in mind you must contact us at moho.gp@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving goods. Product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unworn and undamaged. Customer is responsible for the return shipping. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.

If an item is faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving item at moho.gp@gmail.com and we will provide you with a return address for replacement or refund. Items damaged as a result of general wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

To keep your jewellery looking beautiful we suggest that hairspray, perfume and water is avoided. Sterling Silver can tarnish, this happens over time and also depends on the care given, environment and exposure to chemicals. Therefore it is not considered a fault of the manufacturer.
